Laura Stanley is a Director and Vice Chair of the ANNA Management Body and a Board Member at the Derivatives Service Bureau (DSB). In addition to her role as Vice Chair she contributes to the oversight of the marketing/public relations, the ANNA Service Bureau (ASB) and digital asset topics within ANNA.
Laura is the Chair of the ASB Supervisory Committee, an active participant and contributor in the ANNA digital assets working groups, and is committed to the promotion of global identifier standards. Laura leads, promotes and supports all association initiatives and task forces that uphold and develop International Organization for Standardization (ISO) principles.
Laura has spent almost two decades in a variety of roles at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where she serves as the Director of Entity Data and Symbology within the LSEG Data & Analytics. Before this, she was a Product Manager for SEDOL and worked in several operational roles with expertise in reference data including the assignment & maintenance of SEDOL codes along with ISIN and CFI codes.
As a UK expert in security identification and reference data, Laura is a committee member of the British Standards Institution (BSI) and participated in the ISO TC68/SC8/WG3 in the development of the ISO 24165 Digital Token Identifier (DTI) standard. Laura is an active advocate of standards adoption and implementation within LSEG and more broadly across the industry.
