ANNA responds to ESMA consultation on draft RTS under the new Prospectus Regulation

Brussels, 2nd March: ANNA has submitted its response to ESMA’s consultation on the review of RTS 22 (transaction data reporting under Article 26 of MiFIR) and RTS 24 (order book data under Article 25 of MiFIR). ANNA highlights the importance of leveraging global ISO standards, including ISIN, CFI, FISN, LEI and UPI, to ensure high-quality, consistent and transparent reporting across jurisdictions. The response emphasizes that aligning MiFIR reporting with internationally recognised identifiers will reduce complexity, promote efficiency and strengthen market supervision.
