Cristina is a Deputy Director at the CNMV, the Spanish supervisor of the securities market, in the Secondary Market Department, and prior to that, in the Primary Market Department dealing with issuances and listings. She has worked at the CNMV for over 25 years and participates in two ESMA groups providing input to regulations, monitoring and supervisory convergence on data. Currently she is responsible for data reporting under several European legislations (MIFIR,SFTR, MAR) and data quality, supervision of national data reporting services providers as well as for the management of the NNA in Spain. She also provides technical support in matters related to the LEI and ROC.
