Administrative and Project Support Assistant, Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA)
Alina Maxatova is one of the Administrative and Project Support Assistant at ANNA. In this role, Alina provides support to the ANNA Management Team, Management Body, Secretariat and Members by handling administrative and project-related tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient operations within the association. Her responsibilities include preparing documents and reports, organizing meetings, managing information and records, and coordinating various administrative aspects of ANNA’s operations. Alina reports directly to Stephan Dreyer, the Managing Director of ANNA.
With a strong background in project management, budget oversight and event coordination, Alina has experience from her previous roles in both environmental organizations and educational institutions. She has led different projects, organized large-scale events and managed budgets, honing her administrative, organizational and strategic skills.
Alina is an alumnus of the University of Liverpool, Master’s degree in Conservation and Resource Management. She also holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit from Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade which complement her diverse professional experience.
