Brussels, 28th May: ANNA has responded to the joint Bank of England and FCA consultation on the Digital Securities Sandbox.

ANNA recommended that tokenised financial instruments continue to be identified with ISIN, complemented by DTI to uniquely identify their DLT implementations. Together with CFI, this framework provides a complete, standardised view of digital securities for regulators and market participants.
